Zusammenfassung

CTS Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of sensors, actuators and electronic components, seeks a Global Commodity Manager within the Sensors and Mechatronics Business Unit. You will lead global sourcing and supplier relationships for resins, wires, connectors, fasteners and related components across CTS facilities.

Qualifikationen

B.S. or equivalent in General Business, General Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
5-10 years of progressive purchasing and supply chain experience.
Automotive or manufacturing background preferred.

Aufgaben

Understand business needs and translate into Commodity Strategy across CTS stakeholders.
Develop and execute global commodity strategies including supplier qualification, negotiations and long-term agreements.
Monitor market trends, capacity, and material availability to maximize benefits or offset risks.
Own supplier relationships and serve as the internal escalation point for commercial issues.
Source all goods and services per established strategies; support make-vs-buy analyses.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet cost targets and participate in CIP/VAVE initiatives.
Drive cost-saving ideas with suppliers to contribute to commercial success.
