Job summary

Podium is hiring a Commissions & Payroll Manager to lead our compensation and payroll strategy within the Finance team. You will own the end-to-end commission framework, design plans for Sales and Customer Success, and collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, and People teams to attract and retain top talent globally.

You will manage domestic and international payroll operations, ensure compliance with wage laws, and drive automation to improve efficiency while communicating insights to senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation, Sales operations, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments preferred.
• BA/BS degree with quantitative focus.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
• Experience automating processes with AI.
• Ability to present insights to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills for non-quantitative audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commission strategy and payout processes.
• Design commission plans for Sales and Customer Success.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather payout information.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on compensation strategy.
• Support career progression plans to attract/retain talent.
• Develop and communicate compensation programs and materials.
• Partner with Recruiting on new hire compensation practices.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on commissions.
• Oversee domestic and international payroll operations and compliance.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and system integrations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to streamline payroll.
