Podium is seeking a Commissions & Payroll Manager to lead the compensation and payroll strategy within the Finance team. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and People teams to attract and retain top talent globally.

You’ll own commission plans for Sales and Customer Success, manage domestic and international payroll operations, and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.
