Job summary

Podium is hiring a Commissions & Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. You will own commission strategy, design plans for Sales and Customer Success, and ensure accurate payroll for salaries, hourly wages, bonuses and deductions across regions.

You will partner with Sales and Recruiting, influence compensation strategy, and drive automation to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with payroll laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation, Sales operations, Finance, or Accounting.
• BA/BS degree with quantitative emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commission strategy and payout processes.
• Design and implement commission plans for Sales and Customer Success.
• Meet with Sales/Customer Success to gather payout information.
• Partner with Sales leadership to represent Finance in comp strategy.
• Refine career progression plans to attract/retain talent.
• Develop and communicate compensation programs and materials.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on new hire compensation practices.
• Oversee domestic and international payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and wage regulations.
• Maintain data integrity across HR, benefits and accounting systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate payroll workflows.
