Genmab is seeking an Associate Director, Global Commercialization FP&A to lead planning, reporting and analytics across the commercialization finance organization. You will partner with regional markets and global functions to deliver timely results and insights for senior leaders.

The role involves 20–40% remote work, strong communication across senior stakeholders, and responsibility for long-range planning, process excellence, and strategic projects within a fast-paced, global biotech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 8+ years FP&A experience in pharma/biotech with commercialization.
• Experience leading consolidated financial reporting across markets or global functions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/Adaptive Insights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across markets and functions.
• Coordinate consolidation and reporting of financial results and forecast cycles.
• Develop dashboards and variance analyses for leadership reviews.
