Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Supply Chain to lead global distribution, O2C, and end-to-end supply planning for its growing portfolio. This role ensures compliant product delivery, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with 3PLs, CMOs, and cross-functional partners to sustain uninterrupted patient access.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, and align demand with manufacturing to support new product launches and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics).
• 8+ years in commercial supply chain, distribution, or O2C in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing 3PLs and external distribution partners.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and regulatory distribution requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead domestic and international distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant product delivery.
• Oversee O2C activities including customer order management, inventory allocation, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and reconciliation.
• Manage finished goods inventory across NA 3PLs with regular reconciliation, availability, and shelf-life management.
• Manage relationships and performance of 3PLs, distributors, and logistics partners with KPI development and reviews.
• Support new product launches, market expansion, and distribution readiness with supplier qualification.
• Collaborate with Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure distribution compliance and support CAPAs and change controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of distribution, inventory management, and O2C processes; implement system enhancements.
• Support end-to-end (E2E) commercial supply planning aligning demand, manufacturing, packaging, inventory, and distribution.
