Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Supply Chain to lead global distribution, inventory, and O2C operations for its growing portfolio.

The role oversees 3PL relationships, finished goods inventory, and collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, uninterrupted supply. You will drive end-to-end planning across demand, manufacturing, labeling, and packaging, supporting product launches and network expansion while maintaining strong vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial supply chain, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or O2C in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing domestic and international distribution operations including 3PLs and external partners.
• Working knowledge of GDP, GMP, and regulatory distribution requirements.
• Experience with international logistics, import/export, customs, Incoterms, and temp-controlled pharma transport.

Responsabilités

• Lead domestic and international commercial distribution operations to ensure timely, compliant product delivery.
• Oversee O2C activities including customer order management, inventory allocation, and shipment reconciliation.
• Manage commercial finished goods inventory across North American 3PLs with accuracy and replenishment.
• Oversee 3PLs, distributors, and logistics partners with KPI development and reviews.
• Support new product launches, market expansion, and distribution network readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure distribution compliance and CAPAs.
