Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial management practices.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems supporting procurement and AP.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities across CTO organizations.
• Manage procurement processes including PO creation and approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance on accounts payable, accruals, and vendor payments.
• Track project financials and operational metrics with PMO stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level reporting on performance, risks and trends.
• Drive process improvements and ensure governance and controls.
