Edelman, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to own logistics, procurement, fleet, and facility operations across the company. This role shapes day-to-day operations and drives efficiency through smart workflows, vendor negotiations, and data-driven KPIs.

You will build and lead strategies, oversee vendor agreements and equipment purchasing, optimize warehouse layout, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-departmental projects to reduce costs and improve performance company-wide.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Procurement: Build and lead company-wide logistics and procurement strategies
• Logistics & Procurement: Own vendor relationships, agreements, equipment selection, and purchasing
• Logistics & Procurement: Optimize warehouse design, layout, inventory flow, and cost-saving processes
• Logistics & Procurement: Manage shared equipment, rental agreements, and inventory tracking systems
• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee and maintain the logistics budget with a focus on efficiency
• Fleet Management: Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and replacement of vehicles and trailers
• Fleet Management: Implement asset-tracking systems that boost visibility and reduce downtime
• Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are properly set up, maintained, branded, and assigned
• Fleet Management: Manage fuel programs and service agreements
• Fleet Management: Drive fleet-related cost-savings and utilization improvements
• Facility Operations: Ensure each facility supports operational performance and growth
• Facility Operations: Oversee maintenance, security, utilities, and safety compliance
• Facility Operations: Lead warehouse transitions, expansions, and relocations
