Job summary

You will translate brand strategy into scalable learning journeys, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, audit-ready programs. You’ll design multi-modal learning—from live sessions to digital and microlearning—driving time-to-proficiency, field effectiveness, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development or related role.
• Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale learning programs.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for innovation, including the use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver high-impact, compliant learning solutions that drive field performance.
• Translate brand strategy into capability and onboarding journeys.
• Design scalable learning assets across modalities (live, workshops, digital, microlearning).
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and HR.
• Lead onboarding and launch readiness for Pompe & Fabry in the US.
• Measure impact and communicate business outcomes to leadership.
