BioMarin is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Capability Transformation to partner with US Pompe & Fabry, shaping capability across onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing field performance. Qualifications

6-8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development or related roles.
Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale learning programs.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with US Pompe & Fabry to define business-aligned capability strategy.
Own end-to-end onboarding experience and scalable learning journeys.
Design and deliver multi-modal learning across products, disease, and compliance.
Ensure audit-ready compliance and manage content approvals with PRB/MLR.
Leverage AI-powered tools and reinforcement strategies for engagement.
Define metrics, measure impact, and communicate to senior stakeholders.
Design programs with global scalability and cross-regional alignment.
