BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Capability Transformation – Global Commercial Pompe & Fabry (US) to translate brand strategy into capability, elevate field effectiveness, and ensure audit-ready learning across the US Pompe & Fabry organization.

This role blends hands-on program design with strategic partnership to advance scalable, compliant learning that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

6–8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Training, Commercial Enablement, or a related role.
Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale learning programs.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for innovation, including the use of AI tools.
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define business-aligned capability strategy for US Pompe & Fabry.
Lead end-to-end onboarding and POA training for the US commercial team.
Design and deliver high-quality learning across modalities (live, workshops, digital).
Ensure training is compliant and audit-ready; maintain records and materials.
Scale learning programs globally with regional adaptation.
Partner with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance and Field Leadership to align learning and execution.
