Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Capability Transformation for the US Pompe & Fabry teams in San Rafael. You will translate brand strategy into capability, elevate field effectiveness, and ensure audit-ready execution across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

6-8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Training or related role.
Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design, deliver and scale learning programs.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
Growth mindset and passion for innovation, including AI tools.
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality learning across live, workshops, digital and on-demand modalities.
Own onboarding journey for US Pompe & Fabry commercial organization.
Partner with Compliance (MLR/PRB) to ensure audit-ready content.
Scale programs globally while maintaining US alignment.
Define metrics and demonstrate impact to senior leadership.
