Job summary

TriNetX is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in Cambridge, MA. This hybrid, global role leads marketing, commercial operations, HCO network operations, and sales to drive revenue growth.

The CCO will report to the CEO and engage with the Board to align strategy with market dynamics. The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of senior commercial leadership in life sciences, health tech, or real-world data, with strong cross-functional and board-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (VP, SVP, or C-suite).
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a commercial organization with bookings and revenue growth across market segments.
• Deep experience leading and integrating multiple commercial functions including marketing, commercial ops, and network/partner development.
• Experience building, growing, and managing healthcare organization, health system, or strategic partner networks at scale.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and cross-functional executive leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute TriNetX's global commercial strategy across all revenue-generating functions.
• Lead global marketing, demand generation, content, communications, and brand strategy.
• Oversee revenue operations, CRM strategy, forecasting, and compensation design.
• Own HCO network operations for onboarding, expanding, retaining healthcare members.
• Set and achieve bookings and revenue targets across all segments.
• Coordinate between Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders in marketing, commercial ops, and HCO networks.
• Monitor industry trends and represent TriNetX at industry events.

Education

Bachelor's degree

MBA or advanced degree

15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience

Senior executive leadership experience (VP, SVP, or C-suite)
