Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a high-impact Vice President - Commercial for the Structures Systems unit. Reporting to the President, Structures Systems, you will own the global commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and lead major contract negotiations across multiple regions.

You will lead a global team, shape go-to-market plans, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to optimize market execution and profitability.

Qualifications

• Global experience leading a commercial organization in engineered products.
• Aerospace/defense experience or similarly complex manufacturing background.
• Progressive leadership across sales, marketing and contracts.
• History of identifying and capturing new business across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the global commercial strategy and revenue growth.
• Negotiate major contracts with internal executives and customers.
• Develop a global go-to-market plan for growth and value messaging.
• Drive demand planning, order processing, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and mentor world-class teams with succession plans.
• Foster ethics, integrity, and accountability in operations.
• Establish strong customer relationships in domestic and international markets.
• Ensure alignment with operations and production for market execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities across segments.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the Structures division.
• Represent Howmet in external markets and strategic forums.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strategic goals are met.
