Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global Insights Senior Manager to lead insights generation for TEPEZZA, guiding global go-to-market strategy and planning. You will partner across marketing, value and access, forecasting, and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role requires strategic thinking, senior communication, and expertise in market research design and brand storytelling to advance the pipeline and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of commercial insights or consulting experience
• Masters degree and 4 years of commercial insights or consulting experience
• Bachelors degree and 6 years of commercial insights or consulting experience
• Associates degree and 10 years of commercial insights or consulting experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of commercial insights or consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Support Amgen's advancement in marketing excellence through aligned insights generation
• Be the subject matter expert on HCP, patient, and payer insights for the brand
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Synthesize information to develop strategic insights for business needs
• Lead primary market research with a research agency across product lifecycles
• Drive ad hoc analytics to inform decisions
• Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, budgets and plans
• Manage vendor relationships and explore capabilities improvements
• Support advancement of AI capabilities for insights generation
• Ensure projects comply with Amgen SOPs and budgets
