Job summary

Hanley Energy seeks a Group Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute global commercial strategies and accelerate revenue growth across regions. You will lead P&L performance, forecasting, and executive-level partnerships with the CFO and CEO.

You will drive pricing, pipeline discipline, and go-to-market execution while coordinating cross-functional teams across finance, operations, marketing, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales/commercial leadership roles.
• Proven ability to own revenue growth across multiple markets/regions.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth across territories.
• Lead P&L ownership in partnership with CFO/CEO.
• Drive GTM plans, territory optimization, and executive-level partnerships.
