You will own forecast discipline, performance metrics, and quarterly business reviews, while building partnerships with the CEO and senior leadership to scale global accounts and optimize margins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales/commercial roles, with 5+ years leading leaders.
• Experience owning revenue growth across multiple markets/regions.
• Proven delivery against targets with growth strategy.
• Forecasting + operating cadence discipline with KPIs/CRM.
• Strategic account capability and contracting strength.
• Cross-functional P&L thinking and budgeting involvement.
• Leadership and talent development in data centers / mission critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Identify market trends and build commercial plans based on opportunities and demand.
