Alkegen seeks a Commercial Finance Director for the Industrial Solutions Group in Dallas. Lead pricing governance, profitability analytics, and financial performance management across a global manufacturing organization.

Partner with IS leadership to drive revenue quality and margin expansion while maintaining disciplined commercial execution. The role requires strong business partnering, analytical leadership, and experience translating strategy into financial outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10–15 years in FP&A, commercial or business finance in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive global commercial profitability through pricing discipline and margin expansion.
• Partner with Commercial leaders on pricing aligned with inflation, competition, value-based pricing.
• Governance for large commercial agreements including long-term contracts and risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop profitability analytics at customer/product/segment level to identify margins.
• Collaborate with Product Management on portfolio margin analytics and SKU rationalization.
