• Strong judgment and ability to apply policy requirements to real-world scenarios with escalation when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Commitment to continuous learning and program improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Develop deep subject matter expertise in the Code of Conduct and conflicts management, focusing on Outside Interests and External Relationships.
• Partner across Employee Compliance, Lines of Business, Regions, and Corporate Functions to drive strategic initiatives.
• Execute program objectives and controls, including design, development, and testing of strategic solutions.
• Perform discovery and diagnostic analyses, translate findings into insights, and recommend improvements.
• Produce stakeholder materials, including presentations and reporting for senior management.
• Draft and publish program policies and procedures, standards, and training content.
