• Create quality content including video to enhance cocoa storytelling.
• Manage relationships with agencies and partners for effective campaigns.
• Develop reactive communications materials and manage issues related to cocoa sourcing and sustainability.
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership updates on cocoa-related developments.
