Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Director, CoMan & Supplier Quality to lead global supplier quality and external co-manufacturing programs from the Americas. You will shape strategy, drive regulatory compliance, and ensure consistent quality across formulas, ingredients and labeling.

You will oversee recalls, risk mitigation, and performance standards while developing high-performing teams and partnerships with suppliers and customers. Based at the Hunt Valley HQ, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience across two Quality focus areas.
• Regulatory, supplier, and co-manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead global/regional supplier quality and external co-manufacturing programs.
• Set global strategy and align cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Oversee recalls, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
• Develop talent, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement.
