Piper Companies is seeking a Global Head of Project Management, CNS to lead strategy and execution for CNS clinical development programs across global teams and sponsors. You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and build high-performing cross-functional groups in a CRO environment.

The role requires advanced degrees and 15+ years of experience in clinical research, with deep CNS expertise, strong leadership, and travel flexibility to meet clients and conferences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a scientific, medical, or healthcare-related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in clinical research, pharma, biotech, or CRO environments.
• Extensive CNS expertise and global clinical trial support.
• Proven leadership in therapeutic area strategy, business development, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA and EMA regulatory requirements.
• Global team leadership and complex stakeholder management.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel globally for meetings, conferences, and BD activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead global CNS strategy across clinical development, business growth, and operations.
• Serve as executive Subject Matter Expert for CNS trials across neurology, psychiatry, and related indications.
• Partner with BD to support sponsor engagement and proposal development.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharma, biotech, and academic research orgs.
• Oversee clinical program execution ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop CNS leaders and CR professionals globally.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and client events.
