Job summary

TURBOCAM is seeking a CMM Technician to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all CMMs. You will develop CMM operation knowledge, handle annual calibrations, and coordinate repairs with suppliers.

The role includes training其他 technicians and supporting equipment acquisitions. The ideal candidate has a two-year electronics-related degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with OpenDMIS, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electronics or related subjects; related experience accepted.
• Trained by CMM suppliers in CMM theory, hardware, software, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OpenDMIS programming code.
• Mechanical knowledge with proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Intermediate MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all TURBOCAM CMMs.
• Develop and maintain understanding of CMM operation including programming and controller software.
• Manage periodic maintenance including annual calibrations.
• Troubleshoot CMM issues and perform repairs with supplier support.
• Log calibration, maintenance, and repair activities in the database.
• Coordinate calibration status with Calibration Lab; train other CMM Technicians.
• Provide input on acquisition of new CMM equipment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
