Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a seasoned program director to drive the global strategy for cloud platforms and services. You will coordinate strategic input from executives, platform owners, and partners across the Americas, APJ, and Europe to ensure successful product and platform delivery.

You will lead collaboration with Microsoft and AWS platforms, manage timelines and governance, and report progress to senior leadership. Travel and cross‑regional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as program director or similar with 5–10 years product ownership.
• IT channel experience, MSP/hosting or pan-European distributors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, ability to work with senior execs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and success of products and platform across Americas, APJ and Europe.
• Develop strategy with platform owners and stakeholders to consolidate input for global cloud strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives with MSFT/AWS TD SYNNEX platforms and manage timelines, staffing, and governance.
• Monitor program performance and drive improvements to maximize results.
• Ensure operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Prepare concise messaging and presentations for TD SYNNEX and Microsoft executives.
