Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Lead to drive performance and expansion across global data centers. You will partner with Sales, Capacity Planning, and Finance to size demand, plan capacity, and monetize resources.

This role shapes long-term GTM strategy, oversees data-driven analytics, and communicates insights to executive leadership. Location options include Sunnyvale, Chicago, Kirkland, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, and San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product management, customer engineering, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights to influence executive-level decision-makers.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including IaaS compute, storage, networking, and AI models.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to develop demand forecasts for global data center regions and size procurement signals.
• Partner with Capacity Planning to design capacity allocations forums for Compute, Storage, and AI Chips, automating processes.
• Collaborate with account managers and customer engineers to intake capacity requirements and manage them through allocations.
• Own data center regions and track revenue-based metrics, developing analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Influence executive-level decision-making.
