Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Lead to plan, conduct and oversee the operational aspects of clinical studies in compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop essential study documents, manage site feasibility, and monitor timelines and data quality across studies. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical trial lead for planning, conduct and oversight of studies.
• Coordinate with PM on monthly invoicing and budget variance management.
• Develop study documents such as protocols, ICF templates, CRFs, trackers and training materials.
• Identify training needs for CRAs and vendors and present at Investigator Meetings.
• Generate site lists and drive feasibility and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee regulatory submissions to authorities and IRB/ethics committees.
• Lead internal clinical team meetings and manage CRA/CTA expectations.
• Support CAPA development and close-out activities with QA and PM.
