Job summary

SUN PHARMA is seeking a Global Trial Leader to oversee global, regional, or complex local clinical trials. You will lead the Clinical Trial Team and serve as the operations contact for assigned trials, guiding start-up, execution, and close-out with end-to-end oversight.

The role emphasizes CRO management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance, patient recruitment, and timely study delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy or nursing.
• Minimum 10 years in clinical study management with multinational experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage CROs and vendor relationships.
• Experience with EDC/CDMS/IRT and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of global clinical trials including start-up, execution, and close-out.
• Lead CRO/vendor identification, selection, and performance management.
• Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ICH/GCP adherence across trials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and site management for milestones.
• Drive site identification, feasibility, and site initiation tasks.
• Monitor enrolment, retention, and safety reporting; manage TMF/eTMF updates.
• Oversee IP requirements and budget forecasting; participate in kick-off meetings.
