Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Global Trial Lead to deliver end-to-end operational ownership of medical studies, ensuring on-time, on-budget, compliant execution. You will manage internal teams and CROs, drive risk mitigation, and maintain data integrity across CTMS/eTMF systems.

You will collaborate with the MEG Operations Lead and cross-functional partners to optimize study delivery, governance, and operational excellence in a global environment, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical/medical operations roles and project management, including multi-national experience.
• Experience leading global clinical/medical trials with strong PM skills and communication abilities.
• Experience in managing CROs and vendor relationships; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Owns singular operational accountability for medical study delivery from start-up to close-out.
• Oversees all study operations with internal teams and CROs, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality.
• Develops risk mitigation plans, tracks performance metrics, and ensures data integrity in CTMS/eTMF.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and governance discussions with global partners.
