Job summary

Dawar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Global Clinical Order Manager based in South San Francisco, CA to oversee packaging orders and ensure on-time, in-full delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) for clinical trials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in pharma or supply chain, ERP experience (SAP/OMP/APO), and strong English communication; German is a plus. Long-term contract with competitive W2 pay in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in pharma industry and/or supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP, OMP or APO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; German skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house packaging orders and drive on-time in-full delivery of IMPs.
• Set up Standard Packaging Designs with CSCL and other teams.
• Coordinate with Quality Units to resolve packaging-related issues affecting timelines.
• Enable Medication Randomization process for blinded studies.
