Job summary

BeOne is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to lead global oncology studies, coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and study budgets from feasibility to closeout.

You will ensure timely submission-ready documents, maintain TMF quality, and drive process improvements in collaboration with GCPL and others. Oncology experience strongly preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required.
• Higher degree preferred; exceptions for relevant clinical operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads global cross-functional study team and external vendors management.
• Ensures study plans and TMF are created, updated, and compliant.
• Manages budgets, resources, and timelines for global clinical studies.
• Ensures inspection readiness and regulatory compliance throughout study life cycle.
• Collaborates with GCPL and other stakeholders on CDP development and process improvements.
