CSL Behring in Waltham, MA is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Global Clinical Program Leader to design and execute the clinical strategy for medicine development. The role leads the Clinical Development Team in a matrixed setup and reports to the Global Clinical Lead, with a hybrid onsite requirement of three days per week.

The position emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, development of the CDP, and oversight of regulatory and scientific integrity across assigned programs.

Qualificações

• MD, PhD or PharmD in life science/healthcare; board certification preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical development in pharma.
• Strong regulatory and clinical development knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Development Team (CDT) and lead scientific expertise for the clinical program.
• Maintain CDP alignment with PST and TALT; ensure timely program deliverables.
• Lead integration of internal/external inputs; ensure alignment with GCP and ICH regulations.
