Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward (Packaging Execution) to lead and implement processes for packaging and operation planning. You will act as the SAP and global process expert, optimizing BOMs, recipes, and ECM while driving cross-functional collaboration across GCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering (or similar) with 5+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of GCS processes aligned to objectives.
• Serve as SAP and global process knowledge expert for packaging/operation planning (BOMs, Recipes, ECM).
• Resolve business challenges using system solutions across GCS.
• Drive process standardization, implementation, and training for new processes.
• Review SOPs and assess process changes for system impact to ensure integrity of a single global business process.
