Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward focused on Packaging Execution to lead SAP-enabled packaging and operation planning initiatives. You will define processes, maintain master data, and ensure SOP integrity across a global network.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain/packaging, hands-on SAP experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid position offers a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related manufacturing and packaging support with GXP compliance.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP Production Execution, Master Data (BOMs, Recipe and ECM), with knowledge of quality and warehouse processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives.
• Experience with Deviations, Investigations, and CAPAs in packaging/operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of GCS processes aligned with objectives.
• Act as the knowledge expert of SAP and Global processes for packaging and operation planning (BOMs, Recipes, ECM).
• Drive business challenges to resolution with system solutions across GCS.
• Support business case development and maintain the Demand Tracker for enhancements.
• Drive process standardization, implementation, and training on new processes.
• Ensure integrity of a single global business process by reviewing SOPs and assessing changes.
• Contribute to GCS Global Process Steward Network and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support tier management and escalations for transactional issue resolution.
• Contribute to Deviations, Investigation, and CAPAs in packaging/operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process-driven opportunities.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships to drive change.
