Job summary

You will shape BOMs, recipes, ECM and master data while driving improvements across planning, distribution, and inventory processes. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or packaging, SAP Production Execution expertise, and strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or similar field with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules.
• Experience in GMP and quality/warehouse processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of GCS processes aligned with objectives.
• Act as knowledge expert of SAP for packaging and operation planning.
• Drive system solutions across GCS to address business challenges.
• Support enhancement prioritization and maintain the Demand Tracker.
• Standardize processes and train teams on new workflows.
• Review SOPs for global process integrity and system impact.
• Collaborate with Global Process Steward Network and cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks and escalations; contribute to CAPAs in packaging domains.
• Foster collaborative relationships to drive change and priorities.
