Job summary

You will lead global/site projects, serve as on-site SME for packaging/troubleshooting, and apply GMP, validation, and serialization expertise to keep lines compliant and efficient.

The role requires a BS in Packaging/Engineering and 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• BS in Packaging Science/Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years pharma/biotech/medical device experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong GMP/quality systems background with validation and change control.
• Experience with equipment standards across multi-site networks.
• Excellent project management and evidence-based problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support complex packaging and MDCP technology projects.
• Oversee global/site capital/equipment projects and tech transfers.
• Act as on-site packaging/assembly SME for troubleshooting and line performance.
• Apply packaging concepts (mechanical/electrical, automation; Lean/Six Sigma; serialization).
