Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Marketing Specialist to develop innovative clinical marketing programs supporting the Neurosurgical business. The role leads advanced clinical discussions for pre-sale engagements, maintains deep clinical expertise, and provides input to product development and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or BSN/RN required.
• 4+ years of work experience required.
• 2+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Clinical/operating room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global clinical marketing plan, including strategies, objectives, tactics, and budget.
• Provide advanced consultation on clinically related issues regarding product use or therapy-related questions for neurosurgical devices.
• Deliver expert-level customer presentations on Stryker Nico technology for pre-sale opportunities to drive adoption.
• Consult with customers on complex patient case analysis requiring expert product knowledge and clinical awareness.
• Clinical approval of all marketing and product materials.
• Develop clinical sales and training materials for global field org., technical support and marketing teams; train personnel on clinical topics.
• Develop and support sales materials that assist our sales teams with clinical positioning of Stryker products and services.
• Create customer-facing clinical training products and services such as Stryker University at trade shows and online content.
• Provide expert clinical input to new product development and business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clinical opinion leaders as a Stryker representative.
• Deliver clinical training/education to sales, marketing, and service.
