Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager for Neurosurgical (NS) to lead a field-based sales team focused on cranial, spinal, and neurosurgical technologies. You will drive regional performance, develop talent, and build strong customer relationships across complex healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years professional sales experience.
2+ years outside sales experience.
Experience developing regional business plans.
Experience analyzing sales performance and metrics.
Experience managing forecasts or budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop sales reps to meet regional objectives and territory goals.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
Build and sustain a positive, high-performing team culture.
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with objectives and market needs.
Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and development support.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and address customer needs.
Monitor key metrics and forecasts to support regional goals.
