Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related field required
• 5 years relevant sponsor or clinical research organization contracting experience
• Strong knowledge of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to lead and mentor and work in a matrix team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies and proposal text to support proposal development.
• Create and review core scientific, technical and administrative documentation for study initiation and maintenance.
• Manage contract language, payment language and budget templates.
• Ensure collaboration with sponsors and RSU regions to meet project scope and timelines.
• Provide specialist contracting support to study teams to facilitate initiation and maintenance.
• Mentor and coach colleagues including delivering training materials.
