Job summary

Amazon is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support global sustainability disclosure processes within the Worldwide Sustainability Regulatory Reporting team. You will drive regulatory reporting, coordinate metrics collection, and draft disclosures across CSRD/ISSB frameworks with Legal, Finance, and Environment teams.

You will lead preparation plans, ensure accurate greenhouse gas accounting, and present results to senior leadership in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance, environment, or legal fields.
• Deep understanding of CSRD, ISSB, EU taxonomy, and related standards.
• Strong expertise in GHG Scope 1, 2, and 3 accounting.
• Experience creating disclosures and reporting criteria aligned with standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging regulations and frameworks and develop preparation plans focused on climate metrics and disclosures.
• Execute reporting processes such as double materiality assessments and value chain mapping.
• Design and implement governance mechanisms to oversee sustainability reporting.
• Draft disclosures and narratives on climate mitigation, adaptation, and energy use with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop precise disclosures of calculation methodologies and ensure compliance with external assurance standards.
