Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Carbon Inventory Manager to advance global carbon accounting and reporting. You will collaborate with finance, sustainability, and IT teams to improve data collection, systems, and governance across Scope 1/2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive assurance engagements with third parties. A strategic thinker with experience in ESG reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, corporate sustainability, environmental management, or carbon accounting.
• Experience dissecting financial and operations data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement of Amazon’s centralized carbon inventory system for Scope 1/2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data collection and reporting.
• Prepare carbon accounting reports, dashboards, and communications to inform strategic decisions.
