Job summary

Cambridge Associates is seeking an Associate Director to support the Private Client Practice, leading business-development execution and contributing to client-relationship management.

This individual will work closely with Client Directors, business-development colleagues, investment professionals, and cross-functional partners to drive new-business activity through leadership of RFPs, proposals, pitch preparation, and prospect strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development or related fields.
• Experience in proposals, RFPs, or client service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-development execution for the Private Client Practice across new-business opportunities.
• Manage RFP processes, timelines, and submissions.
• Prepare proposals, pitch materials, and related content with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate meeting objectives and tailor strategies to prospect needs.
• Support client-relationship management across a portfolio of private clients.
