Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development support, client service, proposals, RFP coordination, consulting, financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts for the Endowment and Foundation Practice, coordinating inputs, timelines, and follow-through across opportunities.
• Draft and assemble core components of proposals and presentation materials with senior team members.
• Coordinate review and approval processes for external-facing materials.
• Maintain organized files, templates, and supporting content for reuse across proposals and pitches.
• Help coordinate meeting logistics, follow-up items, and internal communication related to client activity.
