Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking an Specialist, Client Services, International to be the main bridge between global customers and MEDITECH’s development teams. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Canton and Fall River, MA, with travel expected.

You will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinate software enhancements, and educate clients at MEDITECH and on-site. Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or applicable training, education, or customer service experience
• International business degree or travel abroad experience a plus
• Financial, healthcare administrative experience and clinical exposure are a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel internationally with reimbursement for approved expenses

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer software and system problems
• Acting as the primary contact for clients
• Processing requests for software enhancements and system modifications
• Corresponding with customers by phone, letters, fax, and email
• Providing customer education internally and at customer sites
• Working on group projects and communicating with development staff
• Opportunity for limited international travel
