• At least one year of experience servicing international customers' accounts.
• Bilingual English-Spanish; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day personalized customer service for international clients to meet quality standards.
• Process transactions within service levels and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Address and resolve client concerns, claims, and queries in a timely, compliant manner.
• Coordinate with multiple bank units to exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products/services and related processes.
• Prepare activity reports related to customers’ transactions as requested.
