Job summary

Amerant Bank in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Trust Services Representative I to support trust officers in administration of trust and fiduciary accounts and to deliver exemplary client service.

You will maintain up-to-date files, coordinate with Wealth Management, ensure KYC/CIP documentation, and assist with regulatory-driven initiatives while building long-term relationships with beneficiaries and professional partners.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business.
• Trust certification is preferred.
• 2 years of Trust/Wealth Management/ Private Banking experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Trust Officers to manage and administer trust accounts.
• Maintains up-to-date trust/foundations/escrows/custody files.
• Maintains KYC/CIP documentation for Settlers/Founders/Beneficiaries/Buyers and Sellers.
• Works with Trust Operations and Wealth Management teams to ensure procedures are followed.
• Supports regulatory-driven projects and reports.
• Provides client service and relationship maintenance with beneficiaries and professionals.
