Bechtel is seeking a field-focused supervisor in Clay, NY to organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders. You will coordinate subcontractor management staff to align work with schedules and ensure safe execution.

The role emphasizes field leadership, accuracy in methods, and collaboration with design teams to resolve constructability issues and maintain high standards across earthwork, foundations, and utilities.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, or data centers preferred.
• Hands-on implementation of AWP; experience with project setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors subcontractor activities and coordinates management staff on the site.
• Develops short term and long term plans and schedules for workforce, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Interprets engineering documents and coordinates with subcontractors and foremen.
• Leads multidisciplinary coordination to ensure clean handoffs and constructability.
