Job summary

Bechtel’s Manufacturing and Technology unit seeks a field-focused professional to monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project. You will coordinate subcontractor management staff, align work with established schedules, and ensure safe execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing short- and long-term construction plans, coordinating with design and engineering, and enforcing project safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, or data centers preferred.
• Hands-on implementation of AWP; experience with project setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities with the area of responsibility.
• Provides field supervision to ensure alignment with schedules and safe work methods.
• Develops short-term and long-term plans and schedules (3-week look ahead, 90/180 day).
• Coordinates engineering solutions with subcontractors and foremen; ensures constructability alignment.
