Job summary

Ferrovial Construction JFK T1, LLC in Jamaica, NY is seeking a Project Manager to lead large civil infrastructure programs, including DB and DBB contracts valued at $200M+. You will review drawings, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with DBA and NTO requirements.

Travel up to 10% domestically; bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related required; four years of relevant experience; proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related.
• 4+ years on large civil DB/DBB projects valued at $200M+.
• Manage budgets, cost control and scheduling for complex projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/3D, MicroStation, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp or MS Project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and assist with safety and QA.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs for DBA/NTO compliance.
• Monitor progress in design/construction and expedite as needed.
• Lead meetings, present updates, and support site walkthroughs.
• Develop Master CSR tables and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% for regional meetings.
