Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to establish and mature a global information security program, aligning with evolving cyber trends and regulatory requirements. You will partner with business and technology leaders to implement proactive controls, develop world-class security teams, and ensure strong governance across SOC, NIST, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10 years of experience or Master’s degree with 8 years+ experience.
• Experience managing regulatory and compliance policies.
• Experience developing information security protection goals, objectives, and metrics aligned with corporate plans.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and implement an enterprise information security program across AppSec, InfoSec, and CorpSec to protect customer and company data.
• Build and grow security teams with external perspectives and diverse talent strategies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with SOC 1/2, NIST 800-30, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, CCPA, CSA, CFPB, FFIEC and related laws.
• Collaborate with Revenue units to assess availability and information security risks and manage residual risk.
• Provide regular reporting on information security status to risk teams, executives, and the board.
• Oversee technology risk management and act as advocate for information security and business continuity.
